How do I know my order has gone through?

Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email from  If, after 24 hours you still haven’t received anything, then please do not hesitate to contact us and we will see what went wrong.


Can I change my details once my order has been placed?

Basic information, such as delivery and contact information, can be changed provided your order hasn’t already been shipped.  Contact us immediately at if you realise an error has been made and we can try and fix it.


What payment options do you offer?

We accept Visa and MasterCard and you can also choose to pay with PayPal.  When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then be returned to Monorails & Satellites. All card payments are processed using Shopify, a reliable and secure payment facility. 


What delivery options do you offer?

We offer shipping via a ipostparcels, a trusted UK courier company, who ships internationally.  This provides quick, reliable and safe delivery and allows you to fully track your item for the entirety of its journey. Please see here for shipping costs by region.


What happens if my order has not arrived?

We will send you an email once your item has been shipped along with an idea of delivery date, you will also receive an email or text from ipostparcels. If you have not received your item within the expected timeframe, please contact us at


Where do I find size and fit information?

A size chart can be found here but for more detailed information on a particular style, please see the items product page for measurements such as garment and sleeve lengths, which should give you a more accurate idea of the fit.
